Most Powerful Woman In The World: Angela Merkel

Forbes magazine's list of the 100 most powerful women in the world is out, and a politician is back at the top of it. German Chancellor Angela Merkel is the most powerful woman in the world, according to the magazine.
Forbes calls Merkel the European Union's undisputed leader. She was at the top of the list from 2006 to 2009.

 First lady Michelle Obama ranked eighth. She was ranked No. 1 last year.

 The highest ranking celebrity on the list was Lady Gaga, who came in 11th on the list, ahead of Oprah Winfrey, who ranked 14.
